• When you place an order for a custom design, we require a non-refundable deposit, with the amount ranging from $25-$160, depending on the Size and if you want a Single or Double sided sign. This deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers the initial design work and material costs.

  **Please feel free to send us your design or any questions to support@epicnaturals.org before purchasing and we can give you a rough idea concerning pricing. We require the Deposit BEFORE customizing your design but we will gladly review whatever you have before purchasing.** 

• After your deposit is received, our design team will get to work on creating a digital mockup based on your specifications. You'll have the opportunity to review this design, suggest changes, or approve it. This stage is collaborative, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

• The total cost of your custom sign will depend on the size dimensions and complexity of the design.  We have three general sizes to fit any situation and budget.  This approach ensures transparency and allows for adjustments based on your budget and design preferences.

  • Any sign exceeding 800mm x 450mm is considered a large sign. These pieces are true statement artworks, perfect for larger spaces or as a centerpiece in commercial settings:
    
    
    • Increased Cost: Due to the larger amount of material, extended production time, and the complexity involved, large signs will have a higher base price.

• Upon design approval, you'll be asked to pay the remaining balance. This payment must be completed before we proceed with the manufacturing of your sign. This ensures that all materials and labor are covered for your unique piece.

• With the full payment cleared, we'll meticulously craft your sign. After a quality check, your custom art piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
