Where do you ship from?
All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to process orders swiftly. You have up to 12 hours from the time of order to request changes or cancellations. Requests made after this window cannot be guaranteed.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Expect your order to be handled within 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods like sales or holidays, please allow for additional processing time.

Due to popular demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
